The game is on! Learn the plays of the winning team—Team DIVINE, that is, Las Vegas’ premier culinary go-to for all foodie go-getters! This month, we’re kicking off the season with a Tail-Gate cooking expo & competition coached by our own chefs. Prep, cook, and eat a gourmand fare with included beer, wine, & drinks. Watermelon Weber Fruit Kabobs – fresh fruit skewers of berries and melons arranged in a hollowed out watermelon rind cut & designed to stand like a mini weber barbeque
Cayenne Candy Bacon – Maple candied bacon strips seasoned with a kick of cayenne
Blue & Red Devilled Eggs – hard eggs devilled with blue cheese and beaten (garnished) with roasted red peppers…plated as the little footballs that they are

7 –Layer Avocados – a parking lot version of a 7 layers dip: served in hass avocado shells with butter lettuce and fresh tortilla chips for individual portable palates
Fried Spinach – large leave spinach tempura batter fried
Pulled Pork Pizzettes – hand held pizza with barbeque sauce, pulled pork, smoked gouda, and caramelized onions
Shoshito Poppers – sweet shoshito peppers stuffed with goat cheese and blistered black
Bloody Mary Grilled Cheese – a shot glass of spiced tomato sauce, olives, and celery with a bite size sourdough grilled cheese
Meat Ball Sliders – brioche slider with everything stuffed inside the meatball—onions, mushrooms, cheese all parading out with the first bite
Pretzel Beer & Brats – stout simmered brats served in a pretzel bun with honey Dijon, sauerkraut, and microgreens
Honey Salted Cashews – cashews roasted, candied in honey, and seasoned with fine sea salt
